Amanda Bynes' bizarre behavior continues with a new haircut. On Thursday night, Bynes, 27, took to Twitter to announce: "I buzzed half my head like @cassie!"
"No more old photos! This is the new me!" Bynes continued, adding: "I love it!"
The shaved look is drawing comparisons to Miley Cyrus, who similarly cut off her hair last August.
